Cara Merakit Kit Media Pemutar Mp4 Mp5 Mp3 Menggunakan Regulator DVD

Buka facebook pagi - pagi eh ada ada sharing jual rakitan kit mp5 jadi kepengen mau rakit sendiri hahaha. Buka toko online dan cek harga nya waduh lumayan juga harganya hehehe coba keliling toko dari toko citra, delta dan toko bali gak ketemu maklum toko elektronik di balikpapan hanya bisa di hitung dengan jari beda di pulau jawa hehehe. Nah baru teringat di dekat sekitaran klandasan dekat ruko bandar ada toko jamin. Tanya kit awalnya saya tanya " ada jual kit mp5 " katanya gak ada lalu coba browser kit mp5 saya tunjukan ke karyawan " oh yang ini ada mas harganya 150rb " deal saya beli. Pas sampai di rumah pasang pake trafo ambil 9v tidak lupa pake 7805 karna kit tersebut voltase hanya 5v coba tes ternyata pas di coba audio dengung, ic 7805 wow panas sekali padahal belum ada 1 menit dan coba putar film ternyata langsung mati dan hidup lagi seterusnya langsung cabut kabel biar aman. Waduh kenapa ini coba test lagi ambil regulator dvd cina ambil voltase 5v dan test ternyata walla gak suara gak dengung test putar film size 2gb gak lag lagi dan regulator dvd adem hangat. Wah ini ternyata kenapa suara dengung dan lag karna ampere kurang kalo pakai 7805 kalo gak salah amperenya 200ma beda kalo dvd kalo regulator dvd saya kurang tau berapa ampere mungkin perkiraan 1 ampere. Dan sekarang tinggal rakit kalo boxnya saya pakai box rx nemu di pembuangan sampah dan di rapikan. Sekian ceritanya sekarang saatnya bagaimana cara memasang atau merakit kit mp5.

Peralatan Yang Di Persiapkan

1. Modul kit mp5
2. Regulator dvd cina ( beli di toko elektronik harga 25rb)
3. Kabel secukupnya
4. Box rx. Untuk box terserah
5. Jack RCA
6. Sakelar
7. Solder dan timah
8. Obeng dan alat tool elektronika

1.  Pertama test dulu mp5 perhatian kabelnya di situ ada kabel merah (+) dan hitam (-)
2. Pasang kabel merah (+) ke 5v dan hitam ke ground (gnd)


3. Lalu siapkan jack rca sesuai pada kit dan solder sesuai urutan. Jangan lupa ground di pasang



4. Saatnya di coba, pasang kabel ke tv sesuai urutan audio dan video lalu perhatikan. Kalau gambar gak muncul kemungkinan kabel rca nya rusak atau pemasangan kabel tidak tepat terutama test gambar. Kalo berhasil seperti gambar di bawah ini. Sekarang tinggal test putar filmnya sambil cek komponen nya kalo panas kemungkinan ampere kurang tapi kalo hangat aja udah normal
5. Sekarang tinggal pasang ke boxnya pasang sakelar kabel merah di potong dan pasang konektor ada 2 atas dan bawah
